Seti@home is a scientific experiment that uses ” Internet – Connected ” computers in the search of Extraterrestrial Intelligence (SETI). Telescopes are getting “huge” amounts of data from outer space, but these datas have to be analyzed and one computer is not enough for this work. So, University of California developed “SETI” project. You can participate it by running a free program that downloads and analyzes radio telescope data.
